Ray Walker, ex financier, stepped where no American has stepped before: making fine grand cru red in Burgundy.
Loved this little vignette from Bourdaine’s “Burgundy.”

This is not to poke fun at foreign accents but to emphasize the importance of clarity in communication, especially in a corporate world. Abuse of acronyms, lofty metaphors, or detail overload often lead to chaos, not to mention painful misunderstandings. My motto: “It’s simple to make something difficult. It is difficult to come up with a simple solution.”
